I am delighted to invite you to join us in a celebration of the life and work of Andy Vinter, founder of Cresset. The meeting, previously postponed due to Covid-19, will deliver scientific content built on the unique and insightful approach that Andy took to molecular modeling throughout his distinguished career from his early days at Wellcome to his pioneering work on the eXtended Electron Distribution (XED) force field, which was foundational in the creation of Cresset.

Since our founding in 2002, Cresset has grown progressively and has now become a global company, with staff of more than 80 and a stellar customer base across multiple industries. All of this is testament to the groundwork laid by Andy in his time with Wellcome, SmithKline Beecham, University of Cambridge, Peptide Therapeutics and then Cresset.

I hope you’re able to join us, either in-person or virtually, not only in celebration of Andy’s work but also his great sense of humor and irrepressible and joyous irreverence!

Rob Scoffin

Chairman & CEO, Cresset
